Ok to buy second hand Maschine MK3 with no license code?

Good afternoon

I was wondering if you could assist me with your help.Our teenage son was wanting to buy a second hand maschine mk3 from a shop but they have said they have no licence code to go with it as the previous owner has not supplied it .The main reason we are enquiring is because our son who is autistic would like to buy this instrument but would it be possible to obtain the licence once he has purchased the unit or is this not possible as I would feel he might get upset if he buys it and then can not use it

I would appreciate your advice

    Once you get a hardware serial, all you need to do is register it in Native Access and a software supplement will be assigned to you automatically. You can find more info here.
