I have several NI products that I am unable to use.

I live in Brighton East Sussex

I have spent many hours on this to no avail its very frustrating as they just sit there and I don't know how to sort out the soft ware its so complicated and I just want to be able to use and play. Which I don't feel is unreasonable.

I dont even know what the problem is ?

I can get GR 5 to work on an old lap top with vista service pack 2 that it.

I purchased a lap top with windows 10 and had a bigger drive put in just to use with NI products.

Which used to work for my GR and keyboard via an old Kore 2. then one day it stopped working.

it will play sounds via GR 3 hardware etc. the GR show input from a guitar. but no sound out.

the kore 2 for my keyboard wont work at all now.

I have over 20 full NI products + 3 demo + 2 require repair !

I am completely lost as in what to do now its so so complicated for the lay person.

I have GR 3 installation cd

GR 4 Pro " cd

Kore 2 " cd

Komplette Ellements cd

( just used native access to down load GR 6 ( so thats now GR 3/4/5/6)

GR 6 is not working ;-((

GR 6 getting started...click the main menu in the header and select preferences.......

then the nightmare starts all over again .........6 hours on this today I have to leave it now its just making me ill

Just spent another 2 hours on it

I can get GR 5 to work on a laptop with xp service pack 2

but service centre " server communication error conection closed " I think it was discontinued ?

native acess requires windowns 7 .....

on another lap top windows 10 native acess works ok but nothing else. all the programs load up but no sound

its very disabiliating and makes me feel ill so thats when I have to walk away

many years ago a chap in germany took control of my computer and solved the problems at that time in 5 min.

I dont even know what the problem is so how can I request some help if any was available that is !

I bet the NI tech's know what the problem is and how to fix it (if they wanted to that is ?) ?
