I am struggling to get the laptop and Hardware to light up? MacBook and S4 Mk3

    Hi @GTXX, how does the controller behave if it is only connected to power and then being switched on?

    The led lights up and then goes off. Also, the software on the laptop screen does not connect with hardware (S4 Mk3)

    Sounds like a malfunction of the NI Controller Editor. It makes sense to reinstall it:
