Both the 'Harmonise' and 'Harmonize - Tonal' Multi Scripts are issuing repeated note-offs on the actual played note. I suspect that 'ignore_midi' is missing from the $MIDI_COMMAND_NOTE_OFF call back.
This will now be fixed in version 7.2
