I read the article below & on this one I think I can... what scares me a little is that when I go to another upgrade to which I am sure I am entitled, there, I don't have the same message ... can someone help me & also, IS THERE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT A TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT AT NATIVE INSTRUMENT????? https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/5318182617617-How-Can-I-Upgrade-KOMPLETE-14-s-Ozone-10-Standard-to-Advanced-

I looked at your account and you have Komplete 14 which means you do quality for Ozone 10 Advanced Crossgrade. I'm not sure why the message comes up, are you sure you are logged in with the right NI account?

Sorry to bother you again but I think there is an error on the site (And I don't want to throw almost three hundred euros in the trash if I'm wrong)...

indeed on the presentation page of the upgrade it was written that it is an upgrade from standard to go to Standard to go to advance (What I want). But when you arrive in the basket It is mentioned that you must have a komplete 14 ultimate license (while I have komplete 14 standard

@Flow77 The best here is to contact our order team directly, we have limited access to check your account and what is happening on the website. You can email us here: https://bit.ly/n1orders

FWIW: This "upgrade" is on for 99USD to March 30 if you have a qualifying product within your iZotope acct.

However - if this is your first and only entry into the iZotope world - I can see why you are taking this route.

    Cheers

good evening, I would really like to be sure that I am entitled to it because I had ozone 10 standard in my komplete 14 standard bundle & the comment on the native instrument site makes me doubt ... on the other hand, I don't know where you got the information for the 99 USD But, I just checked & it's 274€ at my place?? ((if you have a link, it is welcome

My "price" is when I log into my IZoTope acct = $99.00USD. This is due to my Ozone 9 license - but probably more to do with my Ozone 9 Advanced license.

All I am suggesting is that if you used iZotope any time in the past (NOT part of Komplete or any other package) you should have an actual iZotope acct (www.izotope.com) and there are always loyalty offers going on over there.

If you have never used an iZoTope product prior to getting Komplete 14 - then ignore the info above. Your only option is to do what you are doing.

I would be more concerned about why it says "cross grade" rather than "upgrade". Cross grades are almost always tied to ownership of another vendors product - like I am "cross grading" from Logic to Studio One for example.

In your case - since you already have Ozone 10 Standard - moving to Advanced should be termed an Upgrade - not a crossgrade.

Then again - the Native Instruments shop can be a challenge at the best of times so one never knows what's going on out there.
