I just received the machine plus, for About 2 or 3 days the headphone were working fine, then yesterday I took a break came back to work on a beat and there was no sound dose anybody know how to fix this problem? Please help thank you.

@Blessone Have you checked in the settings -> hardware that "+Phones" was selected for the outputs? Do you get sound on the main outputs?
