I have problems with the installing of Native Access

Hi! Can somebody help me with the installation of the software in my Mac? I'm from Chile, and the app says "Could not reach the download server. Are you connecting to internet?"

And Im connected to internet! :(

Have you looked into the link i posted above? What mac os version do you use? I see you use native access 1, latest version you can download here: How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1 – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

do you use a vpn, then turn it off and try again. Native Access Error: "Waiting for connection" – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
