Support turn around
What is the usual timeframe to have support issues responded too and dealt with? 24 hours? 2weeks?
A simple registration issue should not be difficult to process. Will I regret spending money on these products or do they back their stuff?

It's usually 2 to 3 working days, we have experienced a lot of requqest lately so response times are affected. I see that my colleagues replied 5 days after and fixed the issue. Our apologies for the wait.

48 hours is pretty typical. Be patient.
