KOMPLETE NOW Email Vouchers for Existing Subscriptions

I just purchased a Komplete M32 and Maschine Mikro MK3 and I have been subscribed to Komplete Now for some time and I am reading that I should be able to apply the voucher and receive free months. 

There is no way to apply the voucher but the instructions clearly show a voucher field in the instructions as well as clearly state that it can be applied after the trial has started.

I am contemplating cancelling and restarting the subscription but that seems unnecessary and tedious.
