Missing Noire under My Products

Hello everyone,

I see Noire - the Nils Frahm Piano - in Native Access 2 and it works fine.

But when in my NI account under Meine Produkte I do not see Noire.

Any idea? Seems a bit inconsistent ...

@McClaneonfire You said it yourself you have Komplete 13 Upgrade for KSelect, that is the equivalent of Komplete 13 standard. So you would need to compare Komplete 13 to Komplete 14 standard. I'll report the issue that Noire is not showing on your account when it should.

Also a bit weird:

I have Komplete 13 Upgrade for Kselect and I looked at the Update / Upgrade Options to Komplete Standard 14. Some Tools / Instruments I already have?!? I thought Select has less included than Standard.

Meaning I have more than Select 14 but less than Standard 14 (with my Select 13).

So Upgrading from 13 to 14 doesn't offer that much for me ;)

Ah is Noire already included in my case? I'm unsure wether I bought it seperatly or via this 13 Upgrade for KSelect...

In 14 Standard it is included.

Well then this Upgrade to 14 Standard gets me:

• Mint Guitar
• Playbox
• 40'S VERY OWN DRUMS & KEYS
• some more Expansion, (I have some of them already)

If you had indeed bought it separately in the past, it would be listed individually under "Meine Produkte".

Because that's not the case, you likely obtained it via the Select-to-Standard upgrade path since Noire got added to Komplete 13 Standard back then.
