position on the music.

the jogwheel B does not alter the position on the music (not forwards, not backwards)

the A jog wheel works perfectly.

The connection symbol (next to the speaker) is orange and should be white.

I've tried all the help on the site already.

upgrades, recalibration etc but the problem has not been solved.

My info

macOS Catalina version 10.15.7

Macbook Pro (13 inch,mid 2012) Traktor version 3.7.1 337 TRAKTOR KONTROL S3

Check if you have any mappings in the controller manager that you don't use and remove them. Do the same with duplicate mappings. The symbol usually turns orange if you have any devices connected that don't have a mapping or if you have a mapping without a device attached.

Edit: If that doesn't work, remove the S3 mapping by hand and reload it or restart Traktor.
