Am using a macbook pro with Intel core i7

All I did is open the device and read the paper it comes with and followed the instructions and registration with serial number then plug it and start downloading, when put the device on and it shows touch error. It's Maschine Mikro MK3. It's very strange to me. I have changed the cable and it is still the same.
