Part of the MPS6 is "Native Instruments Effects Collection for MPS6" but I'm missing Cursh Pack and Mod Pack in Native Access. I received everything else that was included there (Driver, SUpercharger XT, Replika XT, Solid Mix Series, etc.) but not those 2 packs.

    Anyone else had this problem???

Maybe you have Komplete? Check Native Access, in NI enviroment double licenses are always presented as 1 product. Or just wait, underhood sync is probalby ongoing with your account. Products can showup event after couple days.

Yep, same here. I'm still waiting to hear back from Support for NI and/or Izotope.

No, I don't have Komplete, however I have Raum from when it was a free giveaway and Phasis from some other bundle (probably with Maschine Mk3 or something).

i bought my MPS5.2 upgrade on sept 4th 2023! It shows as MPS5.1 in my izotope account. Also wrote some lines to the support because of a Grace period. Or even to get the ~50€/$ update…

i am a really longtime customer of NI and izotope. But I am more and more in the mood to bring my money to other developers!

I mean…Hey, isn‘t it cool anymore to have loyal customers? I have really, really spent a lot of money to both NI and izotope in my decade(s) long loyalty. In my idealistic world, that counts something. But it gets worse and I don‘t know if I can appreciate that nor if I can still recommend it to pupils or other musicians.

Something in my stomach is rumbling now, and it doesn't feel like a low-end focus can fix this 🤷‍♀️

listen to your customers. The NI Access2 problem still persists on Apple Silicon Macs - I don‘t know why this isn‘t addressed. This night/morning I fixed the problem.

@Bazebuster - Yes I am a longtime loyal customer of both NI and IZ.

For NI, I started at Komplete 2, and have purchase about 75% of the upgrades offered. I currently sit at the apex of all things Komplete

For IZ, I started with Ozone 4 and aside from the latest updates, I sit at the apex for these tools as well.

I do find the latest "Loyalty Offers" a bit disingenuous considering the $$$ I've put in

Like you, I've started searching out other avenues.

I do suspect however, things are pretty messed up with the merger, so I will be a patient, but it doesn't mean I won't grumble.

I guess and hope you can achieve a lot and symbiosis of three "big players" can be something (r)evolutionary.

But don't forget about fixing the smaller errors - before they grow up to big mistakes.

edit: The quick&dirty update 50€/$ is history - but instead of killing this (also not so fair) way - a small little logic proc in the database could ask, when the MPS5.x was registered. if MPS5.x < 5weeks --> update works if not .... "You failed - but here is a 50€/$ coupon for the next update/grade party".

Somehow this feels like the WAVES or Bitwig Dilemma.

Same thing - again. Raum and Phasis were Xmas Gifts in 2017 and 2019.

I got them registered! I installed Native Access 2 on my laptop (a 2nd PC which is my "travel" DAW) and re-added my serial number for the "Native Instruments Effects Collection for MPS 6" and it picked up the 6 new plugins from the Cursh Pack and Mod Packs. They are the individual plugins, so check for that.

The upgrade price for a single product is so close to the yearly sub that it's likely better value to subscribe.

Same happened to me with Adobe when they changed to subs. A sub for the one product I wanted was almost as much as subbing for the entire package, so I went for that.

    I suspect it's a cunning plan.

I went to do that and lo and behold the Crush & Mod Packs showed up without me doing anything :D

Now it's time to play with all of these great new FX this weekend!

Yes, but you can choose NOT to update your perpetual license and you will still have access to the software.

You lose access when you stop subbing...

@mibby yes obviously, that's how subs work. The way Izotope does things, in order to stay updated, you'll have to be paying regularly anyway, so why not pay a little more and have access to (new versions of) more products?

When Waves introduced their sub, lots of people moaned, but even though I'd paid for many plugins, I was attracted to their sub option - have the latest version of everything for one fee.

I'm only attracted to subscriptions if they include some way to eventually get perpetual licenses. If subscribing has no benefits other than getting temporary access to the products, then all it's doing is holding my work hostage.

Realistically, even if you buy software, it's temporary. At some point it will become unsupported, discontinued, outdated (so it will only run on old hardware) etc.
