Missing product in native access

native access no longer shows me the purchased products, even the older ones and until a few days ago everything worked.

do you know how to help me?

  Ive got the same problem.

  None of the komplete now products are showing, and a bunch of other products are missing too. and the Subscription icon in Native access is missing too... ;(

  after turning legacy products on I can see the missing libraries, but all of them are in DEMO mode.
