Where can I purchase a NI USB cable for my Maschine?

I've bought three of these from Amazon and none of them have fit properly and I've even looked for the correct ones and explained here on the website.

Is there anyway to buy the proper USB cable directly from Native Instruments or does someone have an actual link to an actual product that works?

NI doesn't sell them separately.

If you want a recommendation, try Chroma cables, work fine for me and it's sold in most music stores that have DJ gear.

They should work even if they are not from NI. If they don’t work, probably the problem is in the plug. I won’t waste any more money if the one you bought doesn’t fit properly.

What's wrong with the fit? It literally does not go in or is it just a bit loose?

All my USB cables fit the same as the original, I have tons of different ones.

Some cheap cables can cause connection issues but it's rather rare, just make sure it has a ferrite bead. If the plastic around the connector is too thick it might not go in, this is also rare from my experience.

They connect, but the Maschine or my NI keyboard won’t boot up and stay powered on.

So probably the problem is not in the cables.

Doo they at least show something on the displays (NI logo, waiting for Maschine software,…)?

Do you have the chance to try them on another computer?

Yes it is on the cables as they are 28s and not 24s as recommended by NI. That’s the issue. I am trying to get a response from someone at NI directly where I can purchase a specific NI usb cable like the that came with the unit itself.

I never had problem with USB cable and NI HW. I use different USB cables that come to my hand.

As D-one wrote, cable should have ferrite. And I add that if used for powering NI gear they should not be too thin and too long.
