Komplete 14 CE Uppdate purchased from Best Service
Hello. Everything works perfect in Native Access, but if I want to buy any new software or sounds from Native Instruments, it says I dont have Komplete 14 CE, so all the prices are higher for me. I can find my serial number for Komplete 14 CE in my Products and serials, but my discount will not show up.
How can this be fixed??

Based on past forum posts from NI staff, you can safely ignore that message and buy it. It's a known, purely visual, bug on the store's side.
If in doubt, though, contact NI's support team to get an official confirmation that you can buy it.

Please ask Best Service for your serial and add it in Native Access 2. Like every 3rd party addon.
Do you got a confirming email from Best Service. Mayhaps it's inside it.

I got my serial, and I add it in Native Acces. All my softwares are correct, but my komplete 14 CE is not registered when I will buy new softwares in Native Instruments website, so I will not have my discount for owning K14CE

I have the serial number and everything is good with the products
But when I want to buy an uppgrade feks from Ozon 10 Standard to Pro, is says I don't own K14CE
