Payment error: Wrong zip code (but it's not), payment approved, card charged, NI order cancels
Hoping someone can help me. Tried a few times to purchase a Komplete 14 CE update but the order created gets canceled even though charge show as pending in my bank. NI stripe API says "Incorrect zip" (it's not). Zip matches billing. Order stalls, but PO is created in my account.
Never had this issue before. Sent out a ticket last night, no reply yet and its 1 PM.

Had to use a different card in the end, and tried paypal as suggested by @PoorFellow which worked well 👍- thanks all!

Alas support is too long time answering at the moment especially because you want to buy during the sale. It's impossible for me to tell why it does as it does , there has though been seen somewhat similar experiences with credit cards that had somehow been flagged somewhere for something..
Only real advice I can give is to try to use PayPal as go between to see if that makes a difference. If necessary using the Guest Checkout option? (I do not know if that is still an option at PayPal but you could try as described below ! )
Checkout: Select a payment method. In this step, "select Proceed to PayPal".
Select "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card" If you are not registered in PayPal, select "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card".
Insert card's details. ...
Choose to create or not an account.
P.S.
Please notice that repeat use of pending payments may result in that you do not have enough money on card.
Also please notice that I can not take responsibility for you making same purchase more times if that is how it turns out. Though you might get a return from N.I. though I couldn't say if and how !

Thanks for the reply. I even tried adding the card as Apple Pay, and still the zip code error pops up even though it matches billing and shipping. Unfortunately I may have to miss this sale.

Sorry , I don't know Apple Pay , I only use PayPal of that kind of services !

Fortunately the pending payment drops off once the invoice auto cancels. I wonder how many sales they loose due to this, not everyone is as persistent!
