Hi @jcs88 the bundles we have right now are mainly for those looking for a new setup + never own Komplete before I'm afraid. It's not possible to customize the bundle (in your case would be S88 + K14 Ultimate update) unfortunately!

Selling your M+ won't be an issue because you get to keep the software that comes with the hardware. See more info here.

As for the expand-as-you-go price, I can't really say this is something we're working on but thanks for sharing the feedback. 🙂

That's the plan. We'll do our best to take into account the crossgrade/upgrade/update paths across all brands. As for Maschine SW, it's intended to be use with Maschine HW so I don't think we'll see it get included in a Komplete bundle tbh 🤔

I got three "any Plugin Alliance plugin for $29.99" vouchers after upgrading to Komplete 14 CE. The email directed me to the page https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/products/k14_bundle.html where I followed the instructions, selected a plugin, went to checkout, applied the voucher.

Voucher was rejected with the message The voucher requires a specific quantity of products in your cart. Please check the voucher requirements.

The instructions on that page specifically say to select one plugin and check out with one of the three vouchers. Why doesn't this work?

I love the summer of sound deals, but it’s lacking good deals to buy keyboards for us already with Komplete.

I have Komplete 14 Ultimate, and interested in S88. Currently the price is $899 (from 1199) and it includes Komplete 14 Std valued at $399 at no extra cost. But as a owner of Komplete already, the included “free” software is of no value.

or is it possible to get a voucher or similar to match for us already invested in Komplete 14?

    Hi!

I'm looking at the following offer:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/pricing/m32-k14std-upg/

In the additional information section, the following is mentioned:

Note that the hardware portion of this bundle qualifies you for the included upgrade(s): You do not need to own any other Native Instruments products to take advantage of this offer.

So, this means that since I'd acquire the M32 (with Komplete Select included) and the upgrade to Komplete Standard (so upgrading from the Komplete Select from the M32, right?).

    If I'd acquire them separately, the M32 (119,00 €) + Komplete Standard (299,50 €) would be 418,50 €.

But with this offer, only 318.50 €.

    Is this all correct?

    Hi,

I was considering to upgrade tot Ozone 10 Advanced, since I have Ozone 10 in Komplete 14 Collectors edition.

Seems I can't get the upgrade:

    What's up with this?

If you should wonder, yes I was logged in with my NI account when checking this offer on the NI webshop.

Going to the Izotope website, I see an offer for 99€, but since Ozone 10 Standard is not registered in my Ozone account, I can't take that route neither. Well done!

@Ed M It's a known and purely visual bug. You are eligible for the crossgrade and can buy it just fine, but... if in doubt, contact support.

    Hi,

I got a NI promo mail saying that "As a Komplete owner, you can buy Music Production Suite 5 for just $249.50". But, when I check the offer and login in, it says I need the full version at €549.50 and that the Crossgrade at €274.50 "only works for registered users of KOMPLETE 2-14, KOMPLETE 8 -14 ULTIMATE, KOMPLETE 12-14 ULTIMATE Collector's Edition".

The thing is that I do have Komplete 14 Ultimate (as an upgrade of a previous Standard).

    Am I missing something?

    Thank you!

Thanks man, really confusing tho, and kinda sad that a known error is not yet fixed a few weeks deep in the campaign. Especially if it could result in less sales lol.

    Hi NI,

Im looking to upgrade (or is that update?) from K13 UCE to K14 UCE. A store in my locality offers this upgrade which I want to make my purchase from. Ive never done a local upgrade before so just wondering the procedure. My understanding is:

My store gives me the product code. From then, do I have a wait time for NI and the store to process the purchase or is it just a matter of me going into NA and put the code in then the products appear?

Also Im still on NA1 ( on MAC OS) and dont want to update that until things become less problematic. Can I do this through NA1.

    Thanks.

Hi Murat, thank you so much for your positive feedback đź’›

One possible way to set up free running loops is to use the Samplers internal looping function. In the "Zone" settings you'll find a loop option that can be set and activated including crossfade options. If you load loops here, detune them (!) and let them loop this way, nothing will be in sync with the song tempo. Perfect to create constantly changing sound scapes!

Hi Afrogrit, yes there is a fantastic tool that helps you to visualize your mix in terms of frequency spectrum, stereo field and much more. It's called Ozone. It's included in Komplete 14 Standard. Ozone has many different modules that use visual graphics and it comes with a built-in Mastering Assistent which will master tracks in seconds. Really cool tool for everyday use!
