How do I get the Plugin Alliance vouchers?
Sorry for my ignorance. I just bought the KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTOR’S EDITION, and I believe I am supposed to get 3x Plugin Alliance Voucher. Is this correct? If so, how do I get them.

Update: Sorry for the duplicate post. I read a few others and it seems I may have to wait 1-2 weeks to receive the 3x vouchers from Native Instruments. Thank you!

It’s getting ridiculous…did you open another ticket in the end? Or did they at least answer to the first one?

Even worse, they just close the first one without a word to me. I tried to reply to it and it said my ticket had been closed. So I opened another one. But I doubt they will do anything, if they haven't since June. At some point, do we need to contact their Social Media?

Be sure to always check also the spam folder in your email. I’m sure they will tell you this (it seems support emails sometimes end there, differently to their advertising “Hey buy this new thing”, “Hey just 2 days left” ones…).
But there’s also the case in which they answer you, it’s not in the email, it’s not in the spam, it’s not anywhere… It’s the “mystery case”

Ok, coincidence, maybe? But, NI Support responded to my ticket just now and gave me the vouchers. I guess you just have to open multiple tickets. GL my friend! lol

Multiple tickets…or writing on the forum? There is a guy from NI here that is often working very good and caring for customers…and casually he just entered the forum just before they answered you and solved your problem… thank you @Jeremy_NI, even if you are not implied (but I’m sure you are 😉)
