How do you get the Beatport Voucher when purchasing Traktor Pro Plus?

I purchased Traktor Pro Plus yesterday, activated in NA.

I can connect Traktor Pro 3 to Beatport streaming using the 'Login' button in preferences.

It shows my Beatport playlists, but I'm unable to load any songs into the decks, I get a 'Download Error' when loading any songs.

It seems like the account is properly synced, but I've never received anything regarding the 3mo free Beatport Advance subscription that would allow streaming.

Through FAQ on NI website, it says I should receive a voucher for the Beatport trial, but I have not received it after 15 hours.

How do I activate that free trial????

    It will probably come in a separated email with some delay. It is happening for vouchers too, so probably only a matter to be patient

    Do you happen to know what happens if you activate the free trial from within beatport, and then apply the 3mo voucher from NI? Do they stack, or will that even work?

    No sorry. I don’t know about Beatport policy. Usually these kind of subscription based offers allows for a free trial only once, but in this specific case I don’t have enough infos to give a certain answer. Better if you check what they say in their terms and conditions.

    I’m not a huge fan of those subscription streaming platforms
