Question regarding serial numbers.
I need to ask how NI goes about locking serial numbers. I have two (Lofi glow and hybrid keys) that show up as "locked by customer support." Does anyone else deal with random play series plugins being "locked"?? I have been following the EULA to a tee. I don't want to keep purchasing play series plugins if it's just going to lock up later. Those are the only two that have acted up on me.

Did you open a ticket to ask the reason to support?
Do the instruments work anyway?

It must just have been an anomaly. I can still use the two programs on my old computer. At least the play series selection shows up for me on both lol. I did open a ticket I'm just waiting to hear back.
