What is "the 9" supposed to be?

Also "Native Instruments" is the name of the company, not the product(s) they sell.

Simply put...

Register an account on the NI website.
Download Native Access.
Use the same account as you used on the NI website to log in.
Your products should be listed, use the program to install them.

If "the 9" refer to the 9 extensions for E99 then be aware that those extensions are meant to be used with Maschine and/or Massive. If you don't have either product then you basically got an extensive and somewhat expensive sample library; for those which are sample based.
