Pads on Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 don't glow

Hi, can somebody help. Pads on Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 dont glow. They work, and i can see different cuepoints in Traktor on my Mac, but they just dont glow. Is there any option in preferences to light them up?

  If you can see hotcues in pads LED feedback then your unit works. It may not be as bright as some other controllers, but that is because of screens, motors and audio interface. power need to be balanced.

  Hello,

  normally they get a signal from traktor so the LEDs light up. Have you checked that you've set midi in and out for the control surface, maybe you don't have set the output.
