Komplete Kontrol Pictures of the instruments are partly not there

Hello,

I have Komplete Kontrol Ultimate in Windows 11 and have installed all the instruments via Native Access. They all work. The instrument loads and the graphics with all the settings are there. However, when previewing in Komplete Kontrol, that is when opening the instruments, the preview image is not shown for some (few), you only see a gray plug.

What could be the reason for this?

besides prime bass, electric mint and noire, the view also affects actions strings 2 and soul sessions.
