Native Access 2 continues to give installation error

upon installing NA, Rosetta is not listed as a dependency and thus is not automatically installed. Therefore, Rosetta doesn’t exist on my computer and the only way to download it is via software that requires it (which native access does not).
Might want to have your dev team include Rosetta installer or Rosetta as a dependency so that folks like myself can use your software.

@djv5010 Well you can install Rosetta by yourself here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211861

Hello, I have the same issue with macOS Monterey without the M1 chip. It looks like a general problem with MacOS Monterey.
Thanks.

If you go to that link, you’ll see that there is no download - the link explains that “You're asked to install Rosetta the first time you open an app that needs Rosetta”.
Native Access does not ask me to install Rosetta, therefore I have no way of downloading it.

I am getting the same issue here, been nearly 24 hrs trying to install Komplete 14 and it is not even halfway through, as everyone else, it will install a few then just hang and this message appears.
(There’s an issue with the installer service, try restarting Native Access. If this doesn’t work , restart your computer and try again)
all permissions granted, tried many many restarts, still the same
the error appears just after it starts the install at the point where it puts the installer on the desktop, the error appears if the installer is not successfully mounted on the desktop, then I have to restart native access again :(

This is driving me crazy
I just bought Komplete 14 Collectors Edition and I tried to install it to an external hard drive. I got the same "Issue with the installer" message for like 5 full restarts of Native Access & my computer. Eventually, between trying to install on a 4TB LACIE & a 1TB SDXC, my computer would freeze and I'd get a million prompts to "Force Quit Applications" because my system memory is all used up.
I then tried to install just to my internal drive, same issue.
I have a new Mac M1 Pro with over 500GB left, and I'm trying to install the plugins one at a time. I really just want to be able to install and use my product. I feel like I've tried everything, including giving permissions to the Daemon and the application itself. I've ran in Rosetta. Everything!

I have this issue on Windows 11 as described. Downloads are fine and in fact, I have everything from a previous computer on a secondary drive so I switched to following the NI process to locate each Kontakt library and avoid re-download. I can do this once or twice, then get the same, "There's an issue with the installer service" and loading animations. Rebooted, restarted. Repeat. Install or locate 1 or 2 items, loading animation and message again. Native Access 3.1

"The new version of Native Access 2.6.2 took care of this issue."
False. Why is this marked answered? It is not. Clearly. Support seems to have abandoned?

@JohnnyC @mrkeeny @oliverwalsh @TonyByte Keep in mind that it's a user forum, not a substitute for support. Please get in touch with our installation specialists here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
I will also close this thread as the title is too general and might be confusing for users affected with similar issues but not with the exact error message as the OP.
