i ve made a request regarding the transfer of my licences for komplete 7 and komplete 10 n 12 update trough the online form.
Still no answers after days, could anyone from NI have a look at my request?

do i need to make separate request for each licence or it can be done all at once?
i did transfer my tracktor licence very quick the other day, don't know why its taking so much time right now?
I've seen a few cases lately where it takes longer than usual. Best would be to contact our support directly so they can do it manually.
