changing the time of the track in traktor pro 3

Hello,

I would like to inverse the time of my track

Here, the tracks is going down (4,02 to 0,00)

Or,I would like to see the track going in the other sens, starting at 0.00 and ending at 4.02.

And I don't find where I can change that.

I hope you have understand me, my english wasn't perfect ^^

I've got an other question about the key. It's in number, 1d, or 2m etc... I suppose that i could in the deck display changing that for the letters?
