Computer Crashed... Have new Computer...forgot how I downloaded everything.. where do I even start?

After about a year the computer crashed and now I have a new one... but not sure how I even begin to download everything again... I stumbled thru it accidently once... just looking for some reference material or vids....or any advice would be very much appreciated ... thanks for your time... Stan
