Crackling sound issues with Ozone Maximizer

Kontrol MK3 seems to have a reliability problem. Since the update to allow Ozone player, my player sound like and old record on an old turntable. Getting this static/crackling sound from the right. Connect with my S4 MK2 and no issues there. I wonder what if the MK3 is broken? Anyone has that problem?

    Hi @Ahan we did get some reports about audio issues when Ozone Maximizer is enabled but not specifically with S4 MK3. 🤔 Our support team will get back to you by email soon.
