Massive X won't update, uninstall or download

Question

I bought cinematic transitions for Massive X. I tried to install it from Native Access and the download failed. So, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Massive X. When I try to uninstall, I get the message Windows cannot find C:\ProgramData\{C76F744D-E90D-48CC-8258-9FAB15BB2B12}\MassiveXSetupPC.exe’.

I tried uninstalling it several ways, each time getting that same message. I also uninstalled reinstalled Native Access but that didn't change anything.

Native Access now shows that I need to download Massive X. I click on download and it says download failed.

I sent a ticket in to NI and just got an AI reply that clearly didn't even understand my problem. Not sure how well support will work now with the recent sale of NI.

Anybody have any solutions?

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

You can download and install Massive-X from Account downloads , problem is that that most likely will not clear the stuck NI download.  So before installation then please uninstall Native Access , then also delete the NativeAccess folder from %AppData%\Native Instruments\             ,  then reboot computer  , then install the Massive-X installer that you downloaded , then download and install latest version of Native Access for your OS .
