Why can't I open Kontakt factory library 2 in Kontakt 8 (full version)?

From Native Access I installed Kontak 8 and also Kontakt factory library 2. When I open up Kontakt 8, the KFL2 is shown. Howver, when I try to open it, nothing happens. Please help. Ihave been working on this for hours. Thank you

@Bamajohn Any feedback? were you fibnally able to load the Kontakt Factory Library 2?

FYI, you can find the presets in the default view under just "Kontakt":

And in Classic view here:

If when you click on presets in both views nothing happens, you should make sure to give full disk access to Kontakt: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And reset the database: Reinitialize the Kontakt Database

Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8"
Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? . : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And if using Sequoia/Tahoe then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network if/when prompted (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else please give us a screenshot from installation in N.A. as well as from when you are trying to open in Kontakt 8 and tell us exactly how you are trying to open KFL2…
