Please tell me that's what the MIDI in is for. Please tell me I'm overlooking something and the ARP can be synced to an incoming MIDI clock.
no, leaving out basic industry standards in favor of proprietary stuff that’s only working with the newest version of another software is the appleification of musical practices. No wonder this company is going insolvent

No, what would save your company is a customer-friendly and customer-oriented attitude, not one that sees the problem as lying with the customer.
Your company is not going bankrupt because a keyboard lacks MIDI synchronization capabilities. Your company is going bankrupt because of narrow-minded and opinionated attitudes like yours, which assume that the problem always lies with the customer, that absolutely nothing needs to be changed, and that you are always right.
I'm sorry for my sarcasm in the last comment, we're all a bit stressed out here.
I understand that you want this feature and tbh we also want to add this feature as well. However every time we work on a feature, we are by definition not working on another feature. This fixed capacity to do work and large backlog of other features forces us to make tough decisions sometimes to deprioritise one feature over another, and unfortunately that leads to certain features like this getting pushed off our immediate roadmap and into the backlog, to pick back up at a later time.
However as previously mentioned I will discuss with my colleagues when we're done with our current work to see if anyone has capacity to pick it up. As I recall it was near the top of the backlog, so there may be hope in the future.
