VocalSynth 2 ISSUES

hi, I just bought VocalSynth2 an hour ago but i’m serious struggling on the activation, that’s not possibile stuff of over 200€ is that complicated:

First of all Izotope Product Portal does NOT work also following the tip bout the firewall, it still says unable to Connect. I also restarted my macbook but nothing happened.

I tried several Times to authorize it manually once i downloaded the plugin installer but again, the license code seems not valid or other stuffs like Name or Email but I checked them several Times!!!!

also the offline authorization does NOT work with the response code (izotope website still tellin’ me that it is not valid) and with the iLok.

I urgently need help and to fix this please

Do you have a unified NI and iZotope account ? If you have then have you tried to see if the the product is present and available for installation in the latest version of Native Access for your OS ?

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

If using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: Howto grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Else then please confirm where did you buy the product ?

Since restarting and checking the basic Firewall rule didn't work, here are the advanced troubleshooting steps that often resolve this specific connection error.

In many cases this can happen for a variety of reasons. Please try clearing the stored session and login data (cookies):

Close the iZotope Product Portal application completely.
Open Finder.
From the macOS menu bar, click Go $\rightarrow$ Go to Folder... (or press Shift + Command + G).
Copy and paste the following path exactly:
~/Library/Application Support/iZotope/ProductPortal_cookies
Click Go.
In the ProductPortal_cookies folder, delete all files and folders inside it. (This folder will be automatically recreated when you relaunch the app).

Relaunch iZotope Product Portal.
If clearing the cookies doesn't resolve this issue please try try forcing the application to restart its login process:

Close iZotope Product Portal.
Locate the Product Portal application in your Applications folder.
Launch the application and immediately hold down the Shift key until the login window appears.

This should force a full login refresh. Log in with your credentials.
If the issue persists and you need to authorize immediately please try authorizing through the Auth Wizard using the following steps.
Open Vocalsynth 2 in your DAW and then click on Manual authorization. This will bring up the authorization wizard from there you can authorize with the serial number and your email address. Once filled out click the authorize button to complete the process.

If that doesn't work out, you can get in touch with our support!

I bought the product from Izotope website…….Just a very impossible challenge to run a simple plugin………..

Anyway I solved with the offline authorization, thanks a lot anyway guys

Dear @Jeremy unfortunately I read yesterday bout this "cookies" folder that does not exist and the AI Support tells just the same tips which does not work unfortunately, I solved after hours by the offline authorization

@Jeremy_NI may I ask you why in Logic Pro X if I use VocalSynth2 in MIDI Mode nothing comes out from the output also with the sidechain setted on an audio track by playing a keyboard? If I write into the piano roll is ok sometimes but I want to play with the keyboard,
