I can't install from Native Access: Berlin Concert Grand, New York Concert Grand, Upright Piano, Vienna Concert Grand. If I click on "Add Product", I get an error message: "That path leads to a different product".
Am I misunderstanding something?
The link "read how to fix this" leads here, by the way: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000884238-Native-Access-Error-Path-is-invalid
What are your general file management settings in Native Access ? (screenshot please !)
Have you actually downloaded and placed the files inside your chosen Content library ?

OK, I think now I understand — I didn't download those files because nothing and nobody told me to do so… before you, for which I thank you. I even searched NI site for help (using the "Berlin Concert Grand" string for the search) but I didn't find the useful page you linked. I've just downloaded and successfully installed all packages! By the way, Native Access is a seriously lacking tool: after I upgraded to Komplete 15 Standard, I had to ask for information twice in this community (for this Classic Piano Collection — the name of which I didn't recall and is not present in the Native Access application — and for uninstalling previous versions of instruments and plug-ins). Anyway, these are the required screenshots.

Great ! I gather then that your problem here has then been resolved (?) 🙂

Thank you , we really only needed the screenshots in case that your problem had not been resolved and we needed to try to dig deeper (it was hard for me from initial description to tell where in the process that you were). But great that problem appear to have been resolved.
In general then please notice that the interface screenshots showed your email address so you should cut that away prior to uploading. I have already done an edit of your pictures for you and re-uploaded them so no worry , this is just a reminder. 🙂

The products mentioned are 'legacy products' which is also mentioned on the page about download and installation that I referred in the above which is why the products are missing in Native Access. Some Legacy products can actually be shown in Native Access if you turn on the 'Show legacy versions' in the N.A. interface which is shown in the background on one of your screenshot (se my picture upload below here). Also please notice that if the software is not compatible with the OS then it will generally not show in NA.

Yes , I noticed your un-installation questions. But NI can not know in advance if you want or do not want to install whatever version of whatever software for whatever reason…
Generally though then of course you are right then Native Access might need some improvements and NI is always trying to improve customer experience .

Actually activating "Show legacy version" didn't make any difference in my situation — Classic Piano Collection individual instruments were regularly showing independently from that.

I have been mentioning this over and over again with the last 3 releases of Native Access.
Someone over in development decided it would be good to expose ALL these ancient libraries (with no way to hide them) and clutter the NA view even more.
These WERE being hidden correctly about 4 version ago in Native Access - but it has been an annoying bug for several months now.

I never wrote that they would , if thought they would I would have suggested that in the above rather than giving you a link to a page with downloads and install instructions.
I were merely informing you that Some Legacy products can actually be shown in Native Access if you turn on the 'Show legacy versions' in the N.A. interface. Meaning in some cases then the legacy product can be installed that way - if compatible with your OS…
Classic Piano Collection individual instruments were regularly showing independently from that.
As already suggested by VocalPoint then that should probably be considered a bug in Native Access if showing when Show Legacy Products are not turned on…
Yeah it would have been advisable to correct that bug. NI product install/update/uninstall proves to be a nightmare by the way — I've just discovered I can't see Razor in Reaktor 6 AND I can't reinstall it (I posted a new discussion about it in the Reaktor discussions page).
