the buttons on my komplete controlA61 midi keyboard don't work. The Keys, the pedal and the pitch wheel work without any problems but any other button like the Rec or Stop button don't do anything. I work on Logic Pro X.
Have you setup the keyboard with the scripts as per the FAQ? Can you post the screenshots?
Could also be the hardware service not running. Check the Komplete Kontrol Hardware Service is running and make sure you have full disk access granted to KK.
hey thanks for the answer:)I followed everything and the buttons worked perfectly but now all of a sudden it takes ages for the the functions(I press play and after 10 seconds the project plays). I tried to adjust the buffer size in the komplete Kontrol program from 512 to 100-something but nothing helped. The main buttons (play,rec,etc.) also don't light up anymore.
Besides the ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon and DAW must have full disk access. (How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS) and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Then if using Sequoia or Tahoe then N.I.apps (and DAW) must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)
