Yes we got that but what does it mean when you say it doesn't work? We need more details to be able to help you. What happens if you try to load it? Do you get error messages? How does the library show in Native Access?

If you open Kontakt 8 in standalone, can you load Scarbee Funk?
Are you running Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt and your DAW as admin? Looks like Cubase, right?

I still can't use it when I start using it it blocks.e
Need to see a clear, centered screencap of the Kontakt interface.
Your last one was blurry, off center and was blocking a critical message about "activation" which is clearly the issue here. If your library is not authorized - it will never show.
