Slide pitch with pitch fader without affecting tempo

Hi everyone, there is a way to slide the pitch of a song with the pitch fader slider without affecting tempo? I know this is possible on pioneer products, there is something possible to do with Traktor? Here is an example (4m 35s). Thanks.

You can map a knob or fader to do this via MIDI/Overmapping:

Track Deck --> Key Adjust

This can be done stepless.

I am not aware of any pitch effect in traktor :(

(Except changing key, but that is not granular)
