Which version should I be using

I have experience crashes while in 'cruise mode' during playlists over the past weeks. The last time, the Task Manager did not even list Traktor as an option to disable, to restart Traktor and therefore had to reboot the laptop. (Traktor looked like it was still running, but no sound.) I decided to check for an update on Native Access. It did an update to 2.11.3 17 from what was 3.19.0 Is this correct for my systems? Sorry, not techie at all!

@PoorFellow posted the right links. As you can see there Traktor Pro 2 isn't officially supported on Windows 11 at all. As long as it still works you are fine, if you have issues NI won't do much about it.

As you have an issue I suggest upgrade to Traktor Pro 4 albeit it is a paid upgrade.

With respect to Native Access then you are supposed to use latest version of Native Access for your OS .

With respect to the official product compatibility then please check out the pages below here. I am sure that someone that have had Traktor a long time can tell you more about the actual compatibility of Traktor Pro.

2.11.13.7 was the last release of Traktor Pro 2, so if that's what you have installed now you're up to date.

3.19.0 is the latest version of Native Access. Native Access will always auto update to the latest version when it's run so that may be where you're getting confused.

As mentioned, I only use a fraction of the software potential. But running a Tango milonga once a week, using the 'cruise mode' and it dies with a room full of dancers', is not good.

Maybe the upgrade to Pro4 will solve it? Although I have read some having problems with Pro4 and reverting to Pro3.

I'll give it a couple more weeks running 2.11.13 7 and make a decision.

If you want a really stable TP2 version, you should use TP 2.6.8. If you are running windows, i can send you the link to the installer. Most stable and fast Traktor version ever… :)

Thanks. So staying with Traktor Pro2 that I have, but using version 2.6.8 with Windows 11 Pro?

Just read the following re 2.6.8

Stability and Performance: Traktor Pro 2.6.8 is often cited as a very stable and fast version of the software.
Compatibility: It's compatible with Windows 7, 10, and older versions, but not with Windows 11.
Features: It may not include all the features of later versions, such as stem decks.
Alternatives: If you need to use Traktor Pro 2 on Windows 11, or if you need features not available in 2.6.8, you might consider upgrading to Traktor Pro 3.
Importing Collections: You can import your Traktor Pro 2 collection into Traktor Pro 3 if needed.
