Too weak USB port

Hello, I thought that with native Instrument I would not have the problems encountered with Omnisphere 2 and well I have just acquired a new A 61 keyboard and the "Komplete 13", surprise not having seen this info anywhere , my Usb port is too weak and therefore ???????? FRUSTRATION

    Hey Jean Jacques, welcome to the community.

    I'm surprised your computer cannot power your A61 keyboard.

    It would be useful to have more details on your computer performance and studio setup (soundcard, usb hub...etc) so we can investigate.

    thank you, but it's not the keyboard connection that's faulty, it was the wrong USB input. that's solved, now I have another problem, it's the key, which requires a lot more numbers than what is indicated on the box containing the hard disk.
