    I purchased the KOMPLETE KONTROL S-SERIES W/ (KOMPLETE 11 SELECT) in 2018. I never used it. Recently opened it and tried to add the serial number, unsuccessfully (invalid serial number). I was able to add a serial number and download the bundles for KOMPLETE 15 sound bundle (Collectors edition) only. Any recommendations to resolve this matter? Please share. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    As far as I have understood then people get the Select that is the present version when registering the keyboard. If you registered the keyboard in 2018 then you should have gotten what Select version was back then (?) , if you only registered the keyboard now then most likely N.I. will give you the Komplete Select version 15.

    It's unclear to me how you both had an case of 'invalid serial number' and at the same time 'was able to add a serial number' ???

    And following that then it is unclear to me what exactly is the problem that it is that you want to get resolved ?

    If your issue is that you expected to get Komplete Select generation 11 but got got newest generation 15 instead then I do not know if that can be changed but you would have to ask N.I. Support (all).

    Same goes if you are having a problem with an invalid serial , you will have to contact N.I. Support (all).
