Removing Serial Number from MPC

I am using a Windows PC to upload Native Instruments Expansion packs. I recently purchased two of them and mistakenly registered the serial number directly to my AKAI Pro MPC instead of registering it directly to my inMusic application software via Windows. As a result every time install and download and extract the expansions on the MPC the "contents" are missing and contains nothing but a blank file. I need to unregister the serial number from my MPC and register it again but to my inMusic account via windows. Can someone give me any tips how to solve this. This company takes your money but is nowhere to be found when you need help.

    Hello Quentin_Lewis,

our expansions can be registered in Native Access and can be used in different hardwares and DAWs as long as you make the plug-in administration for them. Which expansions are you having this issue with?

Also, have you checked this Knowledge Base Article below:

    Please let me know afterwards.

    I hope this helps☺️

I purchased the "Cloud Supply- MPC Verison". When uploading it to my MPC I entered the serial number directly on the hardware instead of my inMusic account online and the contents are not properly loading. When I connect my PC and extract the file from the hardware the content is empty. I called Guitar Center to help me with this issue and was told that I need to contact Native Insturments to do a license transfer.

The installation instructions say that you're supposed to enter the serial number on the MPC hardware…

TBH I don't actually think it matters whether you do it on the hardware or using the inMusic Software Center. It all ends up in the same place - your account.

IMO the Guitar Center comment is nonsense. It's your product.

Bro I thought the same a well. I spent an entire day trying to load the the plug in directly on the hardware it downloads, extract, and then when I go to the browser. It is no where to be found in the expansions. When I downloaded the other expansion pack I got from NI and loaded on inMusic account from my PC. All the contents are there but with the one I downloaded to the hardware the contents are missing. No drum kits, key string, demos, samples, NOTHING.

I already tried adding the serial number to my native access profile and there isnt even enough room to enter the serial number. Honestly at this point I am wondering if it is possible they can send a brand new expansion with new serial number because the one I have might as well be defective at this point. It simply doesn't have content no matter how much uninstall and reinstall it. Even on my inMusic account is saying that it is not downloaded.

Again I tried downloading it to my Akai MPC and it is showing " Content Download Failed- Cloud Supply- Failed to move content to install location" @Mert_NI

Hello Quentin_Lewis, sorry for the continuing issue.

I checked your account and it seems like your Cloud Supply has not been registered in your account yet, this can be the reason of the issue. if so, registering it can help you to solve that, have you also checked the Knowledge Base Article below:

If so, please let me know so I can create a support ticket for you.

    I hope this helps☺️
