Hi
Please check the video commentary. One thing I forgot to state, with both controllers the notes/events show up in the software as normal.
Windows 11 / Maschine 3.2
Thx!
Actually no I didn't think of this, a good suggestion, however it turns out it isn't required at least in Windows (I don't need to set MIDI at all in preferences for these controllers it just picks it up).
Turns out it's my misunderstanding, each controller was working on different pitch notes (of course - doh!). If you look at the video I'm programming steps for different pitches.
So if I sync up the same pitch note between controllers it works. There is however something peculiar going on and I can't quite fathom it. I guess I will post once I can get my head around it (assuming it is an issue rather than my misunderstanding).
Follow up video to show the software behaviour. Note there is nothing wrong with this, I show this just for further info.
So anybody else have this issue.
I've tested Maschine Studio 3.2/Jam/Windows 11 combinations.
Interested to know if others can repro with these specs (I suspect they can), and whether Mac/MK3 controllers have the same issue with Jam.
does selecting both Studio&Jam in midi input/output within preferences fix the issue?
