Order under review for over 48hrs

I ordered off the summer of sound recently and my order has been under review for over 48 hours and customer service hasn’t responded to my emails asking when it will be confirmed. I would also like more of an answer than it will be soon. I see people sometimes don’t get there order for over a month and don’t want that to happen to me. Hopefully someone will finally respond to me from native instruments to give me an answer.

    customer service hasn’t responded to my emails asking when it will be confirmed.

    Customer service do not work weekends and there is also delays because of the sale.

    There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

    Ordered for my birthday and I am not happy I was expecting a day or two delay but with no response from customer service it’s making me rethink my purchase as this is my first time buying from them also and not getting any response from them

    Thank you, I could not find hours of operation, and some places said they are open at all times and other people got confirmation within hours, so I was expecting a fast response. I got one an hour ago further confirming and moving along order which I am pleased about.
