Komplete 15 Band - not showing up in Native access to download....

I have now lodged several tickets - I got the email receipt, the redeem voucher code and the serial number but nothing showing in Native access to download….

I suppose that that means that you went to the N.I. shop and bought the Komplete 15 Select - Band ?
If you did so then the Serial that you mention did you find that on your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ? or in an email ? , if in an email did you then try entering the serial in the N.A. add serial opened in the lower left corner of N.A. ?
Else then be sure that you are logged into the same account in Native Access as when checking the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page where you should be able to see the bundle as registered if it is on your account.
Also then use latest version of Native Access for your OS

I just don't get this _ I have checked EVERYTHING and still no luck. I have a ticket with NI but they don't seem to be taking any notice. Please if anyone can help. I Bought an AKAI MPK mini and with it can various softwares including the Komplete 15 Band as a free addition. I have all the Native access and Native instruments and InMusic software and have followed everything to the letter - very frustrating…I have a receipt, Order confirmation, redeem voucher, have followed all the steps…HEEEEELLLLLLP!!

Yes, it has always been this way. If you buy a Komplete bundle Native Access never lists something like Komplete 15 Select Band just the included products. This makes much sense from a maintenance point of view. If an included product gets updated you only have to create a new installer for that product and not for every single bundle which includes this - and you only have to download updated products instead of all of the bundle.
Another advantage: Even if you bought Collectors Edition you don't have to download and install everything you can limit to the stuff you need and want to use.
I read your start post and thought for a second that this could be your problem: Not finding Komplete 15 Select Band in Native Access. But as you wrote that you have NOTHING in Native Access I ruled that out. Do you have the single products listed in Native Access? Then it sounds as if everything is alright now.
