Systems are down in Mexico City

I just had to get a 7 day free trial of a VPN in order to Master a session. I couldn't activate my Izotope Products through Native ID, Native Access, Izotope Portal.
The website is down. Izotope's website is down too.

Tried on different networks, and devices.

I showed the problem to Chat Gpt and it said it was a regional block or issue. Various colleagues here have the same issue, but people in other countries don't.

You can't get support either because you need to log in and that gets you the same error.

"Access Denied".

I just got billed for my Izotope monthly subscription and my plugins don't work.

Also, wanted to buy some products in the summer sale and website isn't working.

Is there a way to contact Native Instruments support that's not through the website (that doesn't work)?

Hey there, there was an incident, we had put a banner on Izo's website. it should be resolved by now, you should be able to log in now. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Same here, just now I managed to log in. I was having this problem all day, I couldn't log into native access. From what I could find, it was more likely an error with the configuration of their CDN, DNS or their SSL certificate in some regions (since someone said it was possible for them to acces with a VPN).

I've been noticing for a few days now, the main NI site (or pages of it) have been very hit & miss - and I'm in the UK, using Firefox on Windows 11.
