Kontakt 8 is not in Kcomplete 15 standard

Hi,
I upgraded from Komplete 15 Select version to Standard version, but i find there is not Kontakt 8 in my library, it only has Kontakt player 8.
Kontakt 8 is not inclued in the upgraded versioin?

Hello Utwoooo, as Vocalpoint said, Kontakt 8 is surely part of the Komplete 15 Bundle.
Also, I checked your account and it seems like your Komplete 15 Bundle is registered to your account. So, you should have the full version in the Native Access. Have you tried restarting the Native Access and uninstall the Player version?
Also, as PoorFellow said, have you made sure that you are using the latest Native Access version?

I find the Komplete 15 Standard is in unregistered status in my library and I registered it, it works fine now.

Cannot tell from your screencap what is installed - or not installed.
But Kontakt 8 (Full) is most certainly part of K15 Standard. Player and Full are identical code as well - only separated by a serial number.
NOTE: If Player was previously installed and then you bought Full - the Full license does not automatically replace Player. You need to uninstall Player and reinstall Kontakt 8 - and you will get the Full license.
As long as everything is solid in your NI Account - of course.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Then you can try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt 8 product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.

Another update to this issue. This morning - I finally pulled the trigger on my Komplete 15 ULT update. I had Kontakt 8 Player installed previous to placing my order. My order was confirmed and I received 4 specific emails from NI in the span of about 10 minutes post order.
Now - 2 hours later - I just logged into Native Access for the first time since placing the order - and it seems I stand corrected - Kontakt 8 Player has now "become" Kontakt 8 Full. No additional actions required:
If you are still having issues here - it is very important to check your NI account and confirm that your Komplete Standard "upgrade" is actually listed - with your unique serial number under "My Products, Serials, and Downloads":
If your upgrade is listed in your account - with your product serial - you may have other issues at the machine level - like an old version of Native Access.
Your screencap does look a bit odd to me - like this might be Native Access v1 - which is retired.
You need to be on Native Access v3.18.0 (or higher).
