I am experiencing an issue with the Rise and Hit library in KONTAKT.
The library is displayed and functions properly when accessed via Komplete Kontrol or the Default View of KONTAKT 8.
However, when I try to access it from the Classic View in KONTAKT 8, or from KONTAKT 6 or KONTAKT 7,
I encounter an error message saying:
“Library Not Found. Click 'Manage Libraries' to set the content via Native Access.”
In this state, the Manage Libraries and Hide buttons are shown, and I am unable to load the Rise and Hit library content.
Additionally, when I attempt to load the .nki files directly from the Rise and Hit library folder within KONTAKT, the software crashes.
Could you please let me know if there is any solution or method to resolve this issue?
If this is a bug, how should I report it to Native Instruments?
Thank you very much for reading.

Standard attempts to fix would be to reinitialize the KONTAKT Database and check the Kontakt Crashes support page solutions page.
Also if on a Mac then check that ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon have fulldisk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Thanks for the reply.
We have tried all the methods you suggested, but there has been no improvement.
Is there anything else I can do?0 -
Sorry about that.
I remember that there previously were some reports between what was shown in what view. But nothing like what you describe. Alas all I can suggest is to please contact N.I. Support(all).
