Ozone 10 not available after reinstall

    How long did it take for support to reactivate your license? This is so frustrating, appreciate you voicing your concerns with them

    I have this problem too. I am working on an album which represents a couple of years work, which has Ozone 10 and related products throughout. It's no longer available in the Izotope product portal. It was removed without warning and now authorisation won't work from my DAW products. If I have to re-engineer this album it is going to mean literally hundreds if not thousands of hours of my time. NI needs to add ALL the products that were recently removed from the Izotope Product Portal back into it or to make them available as legacy products under the new NI portal.

    I'm absolutely furious that this just happened without any warning. It's completely stopped my work and has made continuing impossible, I now have a band expecting an album which I cannot produce. I'm considering taking legal action, there was no warning at all and the cost to me in terms of hours lost will be immeasurable.

    I should add, I have many years of legacy projects that also include Ozone 10. Music from years ago, which I may need to reload and remix at some point.

    As has been mentioned above by someone else - NI should NOT brick older products like this. It's a disgusting business practice.

    Hey people, I see alot of people asking me how I got this resolved. I have had private DM from one of mods from this forum's and they offered me NFR license of ozone 10 and I accepted if I purchase ozone 11. I have done this, unfotunate I did rookie mistake where I buy ozone standard, so make sure its advanced. Cause I can't load individual plugins, but atleast now I can use ozone 10 standard. Also save your presets for future projects, I can open all my old presets without activating ozone 10 advanced. And for rest I just use ozone 10 standard, when needed.
    As I've said in my other post, I prefer ozone's 10 maximizer, exciter and imager, its only 3 tools I use from ozone anways.

    And tonal balance pro, I've recently downloaded free version they've had on plugin botique of tonal balance 2 and all of my presets work!
