I Recently Purchased Two Products From Native Instruments That I Am Unsatisfied With. I Understand That Once The Products Have Been Downloaded And Installed That They Can't Be Returned. However I Am Still In The 14 Day Return Period. Was Wondering If They Could Make An Exception. There Is Currently No Way Of Contacting Them, And The Support Page Keeps Repeating The Same Stuff.

I am almost sure that once that the product is activated then you can not make any returns on the grounds of "I Am Unsatisfied". Please check the shop Terms and Conditions .
