The first - and biggest question - is the use of those 10% vouchers. What exactly is the secret?

A clear concise explanation on how to load the cart, when to apply the coupon and so on - would be most appreciated.

The sale isn't even a couple hours old and users are already hitting roadblocks and cryptic errors that explain nothing really.

You probably never subscribed for email notifications, or you was subscribed and then you unsubscribe.

I think this is the only reason.

Hi @Vocalpoint the code can be used on already discounted items (note that subscriptions, edu licenses, and hardware are excluded). And the minimum spend is before the voucher is applied.

There are many NI users over on VI Control who say they received an email yesterday about the SoS sale starting today, but not one with a voucher. Whereas some customers received two emails?

Could be a website problem ,

but could also be a question about browser settings or plugins (that is best checked by trying another browser)

Website functionality : Should you have any webpage functionality issues then since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser that you have not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

It would be nice if for one time this thread would be closely followed by NI representatives with official and punctual answers instead of us making speculations.

Since it has been opened, make it useful.

Btw: I’m also subscribed (and constantly bombarded by NI advertising emails) but never received any 10% code
